Ina Garden is a famous American book author, who has received Emmy award. She is the host of the longest-running Food Network show, Barefoot Contessa. The show premiered in 2002. The show will run for another 27 years. Ina started writing Nuclear energy and policy documents to the White House. Although she initially found it fascinating, eventually she lost interest. Then she bought a Barefoot Contessa a small speciality food shop. The store was very successful over the course of 18 years until she decided to let it go. After that, she started the first book. There were many more cookbooks, and magazines columns which were added. Another hit is her Food Network Television show. She sells many items, from the ingredients needed for cooking to kitchenware and storage. Ina has never attended any cooking academy and has never been employed in restaurants. She's completely self-taught. She is known as a cook who is simple and has her entertaining manner. Her most popular recipes include Lemon chicken skeillet-roasted, Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon and balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts & Lemon Bars.
